R= Relationships- We believe this is the most important cog in our wheel. We are striving to develop relationships within our chapter and outside our doors, in our community. 

S= Singing- Striving for musical excellence in our singing. Quality singing is the center-piece of attracting new members and it is constantly striven for.

V= Variety- As the old saying goes, variety is the spice of life right? RSVP performs swing, gospel, spiritual, blues, ballads, and rock. 

P= Passion- Passion for music, passion for our craft, passion for people and the power of music on their lives.
